2. Plugins & Licenses
Plugins purchased from EmberPlugins are licensed for use on Minecraft servers you own or operate. Redistribution, decompilation, or resale without prior written permission is not permitted. License terms specific to each plugin are included with that plugin.
3. Refunds
Because plugins are digital downloads delivered immediately, all sales are final once download has begun. We will, however, work with you in good faith on issues caused by defects in our software — contact us at support@emberplugins.online.
4. Liability
The Site and plugins are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or our plugins. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
5. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
