TheMeanOne Developments ("we") operates emberplugins.online (the "Site"). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR and equivalent regimes.

2.1 Newsletter signups
- Email address you provide.
- A salted hash of your IP at signup (for rate limiting and abuse prevention — not reversible).
- Your explicit consent and the timestamp of that consent.
Lawful basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent.
2.2 Anonymous traffic logging
- The page path you visit, the referrer, a salted hash of your IP, and a salted hash of your user agent.
- We do not log raw IP addresses, do not use third-party trackers, and do not use advertising cookies.
Lawful basis: Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in measuring site traffic in a privacy-preserving way.
2.3 Essential cookies
ember.sid— session cookie used only for the admin panel. Not set for normal visitors.ember_cookie_consent_v1— stored in your browser to remember your cookie banner choice.
3. What We Don't Do
- No advertising trackers, no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no third-party fingerprinting.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
- We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA except for standard hosting infrastructure subject to appropriate safeguards.
4. How Long We Keep It
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, then we retain a record of the unsubscribe for up to 12 months for compliance purposes.
- Page-view logs: rolling 90 days, then aggregated and the raw rows deleted.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — have your data deleted (the "right to be forgotten").
- Restrict / object to processing.
- Portability — get your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time (e.g. unsubscribe).
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

6. Unsubscribing
Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email us directly. After you unsubscribe we stop emailing you immediately.
7. Security
Data is stored on encrypted volumes. The site uses HTTPS. IP addresses are hashed with a server-side salt before storage so they cannot be linked back to a specific user.
8. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We will post a new "last updated" date when this policy changes. Material changes will also be announced to subscribers.
